The USA Exposure Tour is the final stage of the European Elite Combine pathway. After the intensive evaluation process in Bilbao, the top 15 selected athletes become ambassadors of Timeout Workouts in the United States.

Every game is a live job interview in front of decision-makers who control scholarships and roster opportunities. Players compete only in strategically selected showcases and against university teams where head coaches are already informed about our profiles and evaluation standards.

A Recruitment Mission, Not a Sports Trip

Mission & Purpose

  • High Costs: Individual scouting trips often exceed €4,000.

  • Lack of Contacts: Players rarely know which programs have available scholarships or roster needs.

  • Exposure Risk: Traveling without a professional structure often results in zero real visibility.

Why Access to the NCAA Is So Difficult

The Problem

  • Flights & Logistics Managed

  • Elite Accommodation

  • 5–7 Competitive Games vs University-Level Opponents

  • Academic Guidance & Eligibility Orientation

  • Personal Media Kit & Game Film

  • Direct Coach Interaction

All costs are covered by the organization for the 15 selected athletes.

A Fully Structured Recruitment Pathway

The Solution

Only the top 15 performers from the European Elite Combine are invited to participate in the USA Exposure Tour. Selection is based on objective performance data, game impact, positional needs and academic profile compatibility. There is no direct application for the tour. Access is earned through performance.
