About the European Elite Combine
The European Elite Combine is a professional international basketball evaluation and exposure platform held in Bilbao (July 5–10, 2026), designed to identify, measure and promote elite prospects through real competition, performance data and direct access to universities, professional clubs and agents.
This is not a camp. It is a structured scouting environment where players are objectively evaluated and positioned for long-term opportunities.

Combine Structure
A structured professional evaluation environment combining performance training, objective testing and real competitive exposure.
High-Performance Training
Position-specific sessions focused on decision-making, game efficiency, spacing, reads and execution under pressure. Designed to evaluate real basketball impact in competitive contexts, not isolated drills.


Athletic & Performance Testing
Standardized physical assessments including speed, power, mobility and workload metrics, generating objective performance profiles for scouts, universities and professional clubs.
Structured 5v5 games filmed and distributed to universities, agents and clubs, supported by individual evaluations, performance tagging and scouting reports.

Professional Evaluation Environment
Players are evaluated through structured training blocks, controlled competitive games, physical testing and continuous staff observation. Each participant generates objective performance data, video analysis and technical feedback used for real scouting and recruitment decisions.

Hosted at the University of Deusto in Bilbao, offering full-size courts, professional filming infrastructure and centralized operations for scouts, staff and media. Easy international access through Bilbao Airport and direct connections across Europe.

Who can apply?
Players aged 17–23 who compete at a high competitive level and are seeking international exposure. All applicants are reviewed through video analysis and competitive background before receiving an invitation. No open registrations.
How does the selection process work?
Players submit an application including game footage and playing background. Selected candidates receive an official invitation based on performance level, projection and positional needs.
What is included in the 850€ participation fee?
All training sessions, athletic testing, competitive games, professional filming, individual evaluation reports and scouting exposure. Travel, accommodation and meals are also to the EEUU included. If documents are in a right situation.

Can players use the game footage and evaluations for recruiting?
Yes. Players receive access to their game footage and evaluation materials for personal recruiting and university communication.

Scouts, agents and universities can register separately to access live games, film library and player performance data.
